- 1/2 pound sea scallops
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Old Bay Garlic and Herb Seasoning, to taste
- 2 tbsp Italian breadcrumbs
Combine scallops, olive oil, Old Bay and breadcrumbs in a ziploc bag. Heat a small amount of olive oil over medium high heat. Add scallops and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
